Update: if you use the Olympus Viewer 3 software, you can apply the custom profile you created in-camera to the RAW file. If you are not satisfied with the JPG results, you’ll still have the RAW files as a back-up. Since they require some patience, trial and error, my suggestion is to select RAW+JPG in the Menu (at least at the beginning).
